Ik weet met humor zaken te relativeren en helder te krijgen. Binnen een organisatie streef ik naar werken op basis van gelijkwaardigheid: iedereen is namelijk van toegevoegde waarde binnen een organisatie. Medewerkers zijn naar mijn mening de ruggengraat van elk bedrijf en mijn aanpak is dan ook gebaseerd op samenwerking. Daarnaast wil ik een organisatie echt begrijpen, de cultuur voelen en samen werken aan op maat gemaakte HR-oplossingen die naadloos aansluiten op de visie en de gestelde doelen. Medewerkers in hun kracht zetten, hun potentieel laten groeien en competities optimaal benutten zal uiteindelijk het beste rendement opleveren, zowel voor de organisatie als de medewerkers zelf.<\/p><p><strong>Eerlijkheid, rechtvaardigheid en een \u2018niet lullen maar poetsen\u2019 mentaliteit zijn echt eigenschappen en kernwaarden die op mij van toepassing
